Role & responsibilities

Design and Planning

• Concept creation: Turn client needs into visual plans and 3D models.
• Space planning: Design functional room layouts and traffic flow.
• Site analysis: Study local soil, weather, and surroundings before building.
• Sustainable choices: Pick green materials and energy-saving systems.

Load calculations: Check weight, wind, and ground limits for safety.

• Code compliance: Follow local zoning laws and safety rules.
• Blueprint creation: Draw exact technical guides for builders.
• Team communication: Link clients, builders, and specialty engineers.
• Cost estimation: Predict material and labor expenses based on drawings and prepare potential cost reports
• Site supervision: Solve real-time building problems and track schedules.
• BE / B Tech or Diploma candidates with experience in AutoCAD drawings and managing architectural drawings for civil projects.
• Good English and Hindi communication is required
