Civil Billing Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare client bills, RA bills, running bills, and final bills based on actual site measurements.
• Verify BOQ, drawings, specifications, and quantities before billing.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and rate analysis for civil works.
• Maintain measurement books (MB) and ensure accurate recording of executed work.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, QS, contractors, and clients for measurements and bill certification.
• Check contractor/subcontractor bills and supporting documents.
• Prepare variation statements, extra-item claims, deviation statements, and reconciliation reports.
• Track work progress vs. billed quantities and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in cost estimation, budget monitoring, and project cost control.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
