• Ensure proper preparation before concrete pouring, including reinforcement, formwork, embedded items, and level checking.
• Supervise reinforcement and shuttering works and ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the storekeeper/site engineer to avoid delays.
• Allocate manpower and organize daily work schedules according to project priorities.
• Maintain productivity and ensure work is completed within the required timeframe.
• Identify site issues and report them to the Site Engineer or Project Manager for appropriate action.
• Ensure workers follow UAE safety regulations, project HSE procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Coordinate inspections with engineers and consultants when required.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure safe working conditions at the site.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and communicate work requirements clearly to workers.
• Assist engineers in preparing work progress reports and monitoring daily productivity.
• Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment, and construction materials.
• Support snagging, rectification, and finishing works prior to project handover.
