CDSM Civil Infrastructure is a growing civil engineering and commercial plumbing contractor delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across local government, commercial, and defence sectors. With a strong pipeline of work secured throughout the 2026/2027 financial year, we are seeking reliable and hardworking Civil Construction Labourers to join our team.

Working within a professional crew, you will assist in delivering a range of infrastructure projects across the Adelaide region. This is a hands-on role suited to those who enjoy construction and take pride in contributing to South Australia’s future infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• General civil labouring duties on active construction sites
• Assisting with civil construction activities, including trenching, pipe laying, and service installation
• Supporting plant operators and tradespeople
• Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
• Adhering to WHS and site safety requirements at all times

About You

• An ambitious self-starter driven to deliver projects safely and successfully
• Previous experience in civil construction preferred but not essential
• White Card (Construction Induction) – required
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn and take direction
