Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Civil Construction Manager to oversee and manage civil construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for site operations, project execution, workforce management, quality control, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily civil construction activities at project sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project budgets, material requirements, manpower, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site-related challenges.
• Prepare progress reports and update management on project status.
• Ensure all works meet project specifications and applicable authority requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in civil construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
