Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning and execution through to completion. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of proven construction experience in Dubai/UAE, with strong knowledge of civil construction, project management, site operations, and UAE construction standards.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise civil construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor daily construction activities and ensure work is progressing according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and construction programmes.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients to resolve technical and project-related issues.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular progress reports for management.
• Manage project resources, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors effectively.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, authority requirements, HSE standards, and approved project specifications.
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Review and control project costs, variations, and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, snagging, handover, and project close-out activities.
• Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation, records, and project correspondence are maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant civil construction/project management experience in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, standards, and authority requirements.
• Proven experience managing construction projects from start to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and HSE requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant construction/project management software.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Dubai/UAE-based candidates with immediate availability will be preferred.
• Candidates must be willing to work at project sites and manage day-to-day construction activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be a hands-on Project Manager with strong knowledge of the Dubai construction market and a proven track record of successfully delivering civil construction projects. Candidates who can join immediately will have an advantage.
