Civil Alliance is a leading Civil Construction company in New Zealand, and we are currently seeking expressions of interest from skilled and qualified sole traders with strong civil construction project experience.

Opportunities are available nationwide; primarily Auckland (with a willingness to travel), Northland and Queenstown - let us know your preference in your application.

About The Opportunity

As a valued member of our sole trader team, you’ll contribute to a wide range of civil projects including:

• Transport and infrastructure works
• Drainage and three‑waters projects
• Stormwater treatment installations
• General civil construction activities

We work across major regions throughout New Zealand and place a strong focus on positive attitude, reliability, and high-quality workmanship.

Roles We Are Seeking

We are currently inviting EOIs from sole traders with experience in:

• Drainlaying (Registered Preferred)
• Heavy Plant & Machinery Operation
• Earthworks & Road Pavement Construction
• Foreman & Site Supervision

What We're Looking For

• Proven civil construction experience (5+ Years) of services provided
• Appropriate trade qualifications or certifications including minimum Class 2 license
• Ability to work safely and independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to delivering quality outcomes
