Civil Construction Worker- Multi-skilled

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Construction Worker / Multi-Skilled Operator to join a busy civil construction team across a range of projects in Adelaide.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, reliable and confident operating civil construction machinery, with previous experience in asphalt, concreting and general civil works.

You will be working as part of a professional team, contributing to a variety of civil construction and infrastructure projects.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience working in civil construction
• Experience with asphalt and concreting
• Experience operating a range of mobile plant and machinery
• Current tickets/licences for machinery such as:
  • Skid Steer
  • Excavator
  • Digger
  • Other relevant civil construction machinery
• A strong understanding of civil construction work practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong commitment to safety and following site procedures
• Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities may include:

• Operating skid steers, excavators, diggers and other civil construction machinery
• Assisting with asphalt works and road construction
• Concreting and general civil construction duties
• Performing general labouring duties when required
• Supporting the wider construction team to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
• Following site safety requirements and maintaining a clean and organised work area
