Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Design Engineer with strong expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D to support road design, site development, grading, and civil infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will collaborate with our international engineering teams on projects in France and across Europe , gaining valuable exposure to European engineering codes, design standards, and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop civil engineering designs for roads, site grading, earthworks, drainage, and utility infrastructure .
• Prepare 3D surface models, road alignments, profiles, cross-sections, and grading plans using Autodesk Civil 3D .
• Perform site development and civil works design, including underground utilities and drainage systems.
• Coordinate with France-based and other European engineering teams to ensure designs meet project requirements.
• Apply and develop knowledge of European engineering codes, standards, and design practices .
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, models, and technical documentation.
• Utilize Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure design, particularly roads, site grading, and site development.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D is required.
• Demonstrated experience in road geometry, surface modeling, grading, and earthworks design.
• Experience in drainage and underground utility design is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer is preferred.
• Experience with international or European engineering projects is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup: Monday to Wednesday onsite; Thursday to Friday remote .
