Civil Draftsman

Role in Brief / Position Summary:

We are looking for experienced, dedicated and technically sound Civil Draftsman to join our team for survey and mapping works, who can timely and accurately execute and complete our projects.

Responsibilities:

 Preparation of preliminary and final drawings, as well as the reviewing of drawings for Total Station/DGPS survey work in accordance with established formats.

 Preparation of Survey Mapnisheet, Plot Book and Gunakar Book for Town Planning Schemes as per standard formats.

 Creating As-built drawings that include layouts, cross sections, elevations, and other details.

 Digitization of numerous Government records in Autocad such as Survey Mapnisheet, Tippan, Durasti Patrak, Form-7, TP scheme area etc.

 Work out on various AutoCAD drawings related to property survey/Road Survey/Town Planning Scheme/Land Area Survey/as per the requirement of project.

 Printing AutoCAD drawings using a standard format in a variety of scales and paper sizes.

 Maintain a registry for submitted and amended/revised drawings.

 Collaborate closely with project architects, engineers, managers, and other stakeholders to enhance efficiency.

 Ensure precision and attention to detail in all drawings.

 Stay updated with the latest CAD tools and techniques to enhance productivity.

Education:

 Minimum / Mandatory: Degree in ITI (Surveyor) / Diploma in Civil

 Preferred / Optional: Draftsman Civil certificate coarse

Experience:

Years: Should have minimum experience of Two (2) Years and above

Industry / Segment: Survey/Construction/Town Planning Schemes/

SALARY : 15000 TO 20000 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
