Civil Draftsman – High-Rise Construction

We are looking for an experienced Civil Draftsman to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in preparing architectural and structural drawings for high-rise building projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and structural shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings based on site conditions.
• Coordinate drawings with civil, architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
• Review consultant drawings and identify discrepancies.
• Revise drawings based on consultant comments and site requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers and technical engineers to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Maintain proper drawing records and revision control.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and UAE construction standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Draftsman.
• High-rise building construction experience is mandatory.
• Main contractor experience is mandatory.
• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and structural shop drawings.
• Familiarity with Revit is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
