Civil engineer - 2years experiance

Role Description This full-time Civil Engineer role at Aayan Developments is an on-site position based in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Civil Engineer will participate in the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure and building projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs and drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and contractors, and monitoring construction activities to ensure quality, timelines, and budget adherence. The role also involves conducting site inspections, analyzing survey and geotechnical data, preparing technical reports, and supporting stormwater management solutions and other civil works. The Civil Engineer will contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and support project managers with technical input and documentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Civil Engineering Design and general Civil Engineering, with the ability to produce and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience working as part of teams of Civil Engineers, contributing to project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Proficiency in Planning activities for civil projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk identification.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and practices, including drainage design and related infrastructure solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design and modeling tools).
• Understanding of relevant building codes, standards, and local regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders, and to prepare concise technical documentation.
• Previous experience in construction or real estate development
