Civil Engineer

• Supervise and manage interior fit-out, renovation and civil construction activities at project sites.
• Review project drawings, specifications and BOQs to ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Plan and monitor daily site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, quality standards and local authority regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify any technical or quality issues.
• Prepare work schedules, progress reports and daily site reports.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement to avoid project delays.
• Verify measurements and quantities for billing, variations and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards on site.
• Coordinate with MEP, joinery and finishing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Resolve technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions during construction.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, inspection requests and site records.
• Ensure projects are handed over successfully while meeting client expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and civil construction works.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Office and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, renovation or construction projects.
3. Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing works and interior fit-out execution.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office and project reporting.
5. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, joinery and MEP drawings.
6. Good understanding of UAE building regulations and quality standards.
7. Excellent site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
8. Must be able to speak and understand Hindi fluently.
9. Good communication skills in English.
10. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
11. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
12. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
