Civil Engineer

Qualifications & Experience

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Minimum of 2 years experience as site engineer
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office for report preparation
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for design and documentation purposes
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and industry practices
• Knowledge of structural is a plus
• This is for metro manila residents or neighboring cities.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Structural design knowledge to support project designs and documentation
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that construction activities adhere to specifications
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and propose solutions
• Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
• Preparation of estimates and cutting lists
