Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare construction drawings, material information, and other relevant documents required for construction works.
• Analyze construction costs, prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and calculate quantities accurately in accordance with drawings and project schedules.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, clarify drawing details, and revise Shop Drawings to ensure accurate and efficient execution at the construction site.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Foremen to resolve preliminary construction issues and ensure smooth operations in line with project targets.
• Provide assistance and support for other construction-related activities to ensure work quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare supporting documents for contractor progress payments, including work progress submissions, labor payment documentation, and retention deductions.
• Prepare and manage procurement and subcontracting agreements, including relevant contract documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineer

• 5-10 years in QS (Quantity Surveying) or Estimation work

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD software

• Able to travel to project sites in Pathum Thani and Nonthaburi provinces

• Prior experience with high-rise buildings or condominium projects is highly preferred (Special consideration given)

• Honest and ethical with integrity
