Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and monitor project progress against MSP/P6 schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for material procurement and labor management.
- Conduct site visits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during construction activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering with expertise in high rise buildings (commercial & industrial), WBS, CPM, Resource Optimization, BBS, QS.
- Diploma or BE degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel for quantity estimation and rate analysis.
