Civil Engineer

 To provide technical support to operation team.

 Involved in Tender Briefing, Tender Evaluation (technical)

 Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.

 Liaise with consultant civil & structure engineer responsible for structure design and project

management of civil and structure engineering projects

 Design works involve landed and high-rise housing projects, industrial, commercial and

institutional buildings involving concrete and steel structures, civil infrastructure works, and

other structures such as bridges, retaining wall structures, water retaining structures,

foundations, etc.

 Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Construction Team

and Sub-contractor

 Project management works include monitoring and supervision of contractor's works, quality

management, correspondences and project meetings, liaisons with clients and other

consultants, authorities, etc
