Key Responsibilities:

• Blueprint Mastery: Study and interpret drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), on-site conditions, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Precision Planning: Prepare detailed cost estimates and shop drawings (as-built, construction plans, etc.).
• Collaborative Costing: Work with engineers, architects, owners, and contractors to identify and quantify cost considerations, including production time, materials, equipment, and labor costs.
• Efficient Scheduling: Create and analyze look-ahead schedules, Gantt charts with S curves, project milestones, and timetables for materials, labour, and equipment.
• Progress Monitoring: Keep projects on track by monitoring development, updating the Gantt chart and S curve (actual vs. expected accomplishment status), and coordinating various project components.
• Quality Assurance: Control project quality through on-site examination, ensuring actual outcomes align with plans and BOQ.
• Documentation Excellence: Generate essential construction documents, including comprehensive project status reports.

• Flexible and Committed: Willingness to stay at our office compound or project site if needed.
• Credentials: A licensed civil engineer is a plus.
• Driver's Advantage: Having a driver's licence is an added advantage.
