Civil Engineer

Full job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To carry out planning, design and coordination of civil infrastructure works including earthworks, drainage, roadworks, sewerage and water supply systems.

2. To prepare, review and verify engineering drawings, calculations, technical reports and design submissions in compliance with applicable standards, guidelines and authority requirements.

3. To coordinate with project teams, clients, contractor and relevant authorities to ensure timely and effective delivery of consultancy services.

4. To provide technical input and support during tender preparation, proposal submissions and value engineering exercises.

5. To ensure design quality, constructability and compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

2. Strong knowledge of infrastructure design standards and local authority requirements.

3. Must have 5 years & above of relevant working experience in civil infrastructure consultancy works.

4. Good coordination, analytical and technical reporting skills.

5. Candidate must be able to work independently and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

6. Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, CIVIL 3D & BIM

7. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
