About the role

Z&G Construction Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Bogo City, Cebu. As a full-time Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, planning, and execution of various construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and overseeing the implementation of engineering designs and drawings for a range of construction projects
• Conducting site inspections, monitoring project progress, and identifying and resolving any technical issues that arise
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery
• Ensuring all construction activities adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
• Preparing detailed reports, cost estimates, and feasibility studies to support decision-making and project planning
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and construction personnel

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Fresh Graduates are accepted
• Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• A passionate and proactive approach to project delivery and continuous improvement
