Civil Engineer – Sr. Civil Engineer

The Opportunity
Our client is a progressive engineering consultancy delivering civil infrastructure and land development projects.  

The Role
You will provide technical expertise across a range of residential, commercial and infrastructure developments, manage projects from concept through to construction.

• Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering and land development projects.
• Manage project programmes, budgets and technical deliverables.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, specifications and design documentation.
• Coordinate with surveyors, planners, structural engineers, councils and contractors.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and construction inspections.
• Ensure designs comply with New Zealand standards, council requirements and industry best practice.
• Identify project risks and develop practical engineering solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Approximately 5-10 years' experience
• Background in land development or infrastructure design within a Consultancy
• Experience with Civil 3D, 12d or similar design software.
