Civil Engineer (EIT/PE) – Land Development | Denver Metro

Join a collaborative team of experienced project managers and multidisciplinary professionals delivering high quality land development projects across the Denver Metro area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with project managers and internal teams to design and deliver innovative land development solutions
• Develop engineering drawings, site plans, grading plans, and profiles using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Perform design work related to stormwater management, hydrology, grading, and erosion control
• Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to assess land use and identify design opportunities
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and construction documents
• Ensure designs meet local codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices through ongoing training and development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
• EIT required; PE license preferred (open to various experience levels)
• 4-6 years of experience in land development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and stormwater design
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Project management experience is a plus (especially for senior-level candidates)
• Familiarity with local zoning, permitting, and regulatory requirements
