Civil Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Managing project budgets, schedule and resources
• Coordinating with team members and stakeholders as part of the design interface
• Reporting project status to management team as and when needed
• Assist in preparing development paper submissions as part of the funding approval process
• Interface and coordinate with government agencies/authority on any development issues
• Identify potential construction related issues and/or contractual disputes and provide appropriate solution
• Ensure quality tender documents with all necessary requirements
• Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors

About you

• Background in Civil/Structural Engineering, preferably relevant working experience in developer, consultant or contractor firms
• Team player with positive attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and positive in delivery of day-to-day tasks
• Good written communication and language skills
