Civil Engineer

• Candidate with Sharjah Municipality Test Passed will be given preference
• Feasibility Studies: Analyze survey reports, maps, and geological data to plan project foundations and structures.
• Blueprint Creation: Design detailed layout plans and structural blueprints using specialized engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Risk Assessments: Evaluate potential environmental hazards, soil stability, and structural material strengths before starting construction.
• On-Site Supervision: Direct and oversee construction teams, contractors, and surveyors to ensure projects match design specifications.
• Resource Management: Establish budgets, track material costs, schedule equipment rentals, and optimize labor distribution.
• Schedule Tracking: Monitor project timelines closely to ensure milestones are met on time and within financial limits.
• Code Enforcement: Ensure all construction processes align perfectly with local, national, and international building safety laws.
• Material Testing: Test materials like concrete, steel, and asphalt to guarantee they meet required quality and load-bearing standards.
• Permit Management: Secure necessary government permits, environmental approvals, and utility connections.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) license or registration with a national society of engineers is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of computer-aided design (CAD) software and structural analysis programs (e.g., STAAD Pro, Revit).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, project management expertise, and excellent verbal communication for leading teams.
• Experience: Typically requires 2 to 5+ years of active experience in structural design, site engineering, or construction management.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
