Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Civil Engineer with strong experience in commercial interior projects, civil construction, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute commercial interior and civil construction projects.
• Manage day-to-day site execution and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Check measurements, quantities, BOQs, and contractor bills.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely completion of snag/rectification works.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Commercial Interior Projects.
• Experience in Civil & Interior Project Execution.
• Good knowledge of construction works and site management.
• Experience handling contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Strong understanding of civil finishing and interior execution activities.
• Ability to read and understand civil, architectural, and interior drawings.
• Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements, and billing.

Education

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
