What they need
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily construction activities.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, and other construction drawings.
- Ensure construction works are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities meet the approved schedule.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Supervise and assign tasks to workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and proper workmanship.
- Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, and site conflicts.
- Prepare and maintain daily accomplishment reports, site reports, and other project documentation.
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure materials comply with project specifications.
- Implement and enforce site safety policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing project schedules, material requirements, estimates, and progress billing documentation.
- Monitor project costs and help prevent unnecessary expenses and material wastage.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on project status, issues, and accomplishments.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, punch-list activities, and project turnover.
- Ensure proper documentation of changes, variations, and site instructions.
- Perform other related duties necessary for the successful completion of the project and assigned by the management.
