What they need
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field preferably Civil Engineer.
- 7 or more years' field and project planning and production monitoring experience.
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
- Experience in BOM/BOQ/RFP
- Plan all construction operations and schedule phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
- Supervise the work of laborers EOB Accomplishment Report
- Evaluate progress report
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
