Civil Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Civil Engineer to oversee construction, maintenance, and engineering projects. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and according to approved plans and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and interpret engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Supervise construction and civil works to ensure compliance with approved plans.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and other project personnel.
• Monitor project schedules, materials, costs, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, estimates, and progress updates.
• Conduct measurements, site assessments, and quantity calculations.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and procurement.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred/required, depending on the position.
• Relevant experience in construction, project management, or site supervision is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and other engineering software.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on-site and handle project-related responsibilities.
• Must be currently residing in Bohol or willing to relocate to Bohol.
