Qualifications for Civil Engineer

To be a successful candidate for this role, you must have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferably licensed.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with specific experience in Solar PV mounting structures, power plant foundations, and distribution line projects

• Strong background in structural design, soil mechanics, and civil works related to energy infrastructure.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and structural analysis software.

• Deep understanding of the National Building Code of the Philippines, and environmental regulations.

• Proven ability to lead EPC projects, manage site clearing/Right-of-Way (ROW), and oversee complex structural concrete works within a contract duration.

• Strong work ethic, good character, and professional personality

• Willing to relocate

Job Description

1. Manage construction project sites, including organizing material deliveries and storage, supervising crew members, and overseeing overall construction activities.

2.Conduct site surveys, prepare cost estimates, prepare and review the Bill of Materials (BOM), and ensure the availability of appropriate materials, tools, and equipment.

3. Prepare, evaluate, and monitor the Bill of Materials to ensure accuracy, cost efficiency, and alignment with approved plans and project scope.

4. Provide technical advice and recommend improvements to project execution.

5. Create, review, and analyze technical drawings and engineering plans.

6. Prepare work schedules, communicate adjustments to crew members, and coordinate with various professionals involved in the project.

7. Gather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.

8. Implement and strictly enforce safety standards on-site.

9. Develop, monitor, and update work schedules to ensure project deadlines are met.
