Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 1-2 years of construction site experience to support project execution, site supervision, quality control, and coordination activities. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring that construction works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on-site.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Verify quantities and support project measurement and billing activities.
• Monitor material usage and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, and risks to project management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Participate in project meetings and maintain proper documentation.
• Support project closeout activities and preparation of as-built documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in construction projects, including site supervision and execution.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project management software is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
