Job Description

Xtreme Building Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of relevant experience in building construction, residential/villa projects, civil masonry, gypsum works, and interior finishing. The candidate should also possess strong technical knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, contracts, variations, and construction-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities for building, civil, and finishing works.
• Oversee foundation works, civil masonry, blockwork, gypsum board works, and interior finishing activities.
• Review construction drawings and ensure that work is executed according to approved specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, and project management to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Monitor work progress, workmanship, and material quality.
• Identify site-related issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Review residential construction projects, completion certificates, construction drawings, BOQs, contracts, and variation orders.
• Examine project documentation to verify that the reported construction scope and completed works are technically consistent.
• Review extensions, additional works, and modifications related to residential construction projects.
• Assess supporting documentation and identify discrepancies between approved construction scope and reported works.
• Prepare clear technical review notes and maintain supporting documentation for project assessments.
• Escalate exceptional cases, discrepancies, and issues requiring further technical assessment.
• Prepare accurate reports, review notes, and supporting documentation.
• Manage multiple projects or review cases within defined deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in UAE residential/villa construction.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, foundation works, civil masonry, gypsum, and interior finishing works.
• Practical experience in residential construction and site supervision.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 4,500 – AED 5,500 per month.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Salary will be determined based on experience, technical knowledge, and qualifications.
