What they need
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects
- Proficient in cost estimation, quantity takeoffs, and bidding processes
- Experienced in preparing technical proposals, project planning, and related documentation
- Experience or familiarity with roads and bridges, water infrastructure, building construction, or waste-to-energy projects is preferred
- PRC Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred
