Review and maintain BOQs, estimates, quantities and measurements.
Check contractor RA Bills, measurements and supporting documents.
Verify quantities based on drawings, site measurements and work progress.
Prepare quantity reconciliation and work verification reports.
Review civil and structural drawings and identify discrepancies where required.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC checklists, inspection reports and snag reports.
Compile site observations, photographs and technical information received from field engineers.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project reports
