CIVIL ENGINEER – TRSEEM GENERAL CONTRACTING LLC

Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month

Job Description:

Trseem General Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise civil, maintenance, renovation, refurbishment, and building upgrade projects in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and supervise civil works from commencement through completion and handover.

* Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and manpower.

* Review drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.

* Prepare and monitor project schedules and daily/weekly progress.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.

* Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

* Prepare material requests, inspections, work progress reports, and required project documentation.

* Monitor quantities, variations, and additional works.

* Ensure projects are completed within the approved schedule and budget.

* Ensure compliance with site safety and quality requirements.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the UAE – Mandatory.

* Previous experience in Civil Works, Maintenance, Renovation, Refurbishment and Fit-Out projects.

* Good knowledge of UAE construction practices and project documentation.

* Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory.

* Fluent in English.

* Able to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

* Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month, depending on experience.

* Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
