CIVIL ENGINEER

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, supervision, and monitoring of civil works and construction activities to ensure that projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring civil construction activities.
• Supervise and monitor construction work at the site to ensure compliance with approved plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor the progress and quality of work.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, measurements, and other engineering records.
• Assist in quantity take-offs, material estimates, and preparation of project requirements.
• Monitor project schedules and provide updates regarding work progress.
• Identify and report technical issues, delays, and other concerns encountered on site.
• Ensure that work activities comply with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Perform other engineering-related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required.
• With or without relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of civil construction, structural works, site development, and construction practices is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site and be assigned to project sites when required.
• Willing to work in a construction/industrial environment.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
