Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Civil Engineer to supervise and monitor building construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day building construction activities at the site.
• Inspect and monitor RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
• Execute construction activities as per structural and architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, labourers, and other site teams.
• Inspect the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
• Take site measurements and prepare quantity calculations.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per the project schedule.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety rules, and site procedures.
• Identify construction-related issues at the site and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Assist with BOQ preparation, material requirements, quantity estimation, and basic billing-related activities.
• Maintain proper site records, measurements, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Basic to good knowledge of building construction and site execution.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work at a construction site and coordinate with multiple teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bhubaneswar, Odisha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Civil engineering: 5 years (Preferred)
