Civil Engineer

M/S Dhakshin Structures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and motivated Bank Valuation Work Coordinator to coordinate property valuation assignments with clients, bank managers, and field engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate bank valuation assignments with clients and bank managers.
• Receive and follow up on property valuation requests from banks.
• Coordinate site inspections and property measurements with field engineers.
• Collect property documents, building plans, and other relevant records.
• Follow up on valuation report preparation and submission.
• Maintain client details, bank contacts, and valuation work records.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with bank officials and clients.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Any degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and email.
• Ability to communicate professionally with bank managers and clients.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in bank valuation, real estate, or office administration will be an advantage.
