About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Mandaue City, Cebu. You will be responsible for overseeing civil and structural engineering aspects of our ongoing projects, ensuring quality execution, compliance with engineering standards, and efficient project scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor site operations, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications, design plans, and safety regulations
- Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, structural plans, and bill of quantities (BOQ)
- Coordinate directly with clients, contractors, and field teams to maintain smooth workflow and meet project timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections and verify material quality and construction compliance
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and communicate project updates to management
