Civil Engineer ( ประจำสวนอุตสาหกรรมสหพัฒน์กบินทร์บุรี)

The Civil Engineer is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and managing civil and architectural construction works to ensure compliance with design specifications, engineering standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements. This role involves monitoring project progress, managing contractors, ensuring quality control, and providing technical solutions to support the successful completion of construction projects within time, cost, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Land Surveying & Mapping: Conduct land surveys, boundary checks, and measurement tasks. Prepare accurate site data and layout maps to support project development and management decision-making.
• Construction Supervision: Oversee and monitor building and infrastructure construction works to ensure compliance with engineering standards, corporate guidelines, safety regulations, schedules, and budgets.
• Engineering Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain engineering drawings, survey data, and related project documents.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate effectively with government authorities, contractors, consultants, and internal departments to drive smooth project execution.
• Database & Support: Maintain and update land and project databases. Assist in feasibility studies, master planning, and special projects assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Survey Engineering, Survey Technology, or related fields.

• Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in construction and land surveying.

  • Experience in project development or industrial estate projects will be highly advantageous.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in operating survey equipment, including Total Station, GNSS/GPS (RTK), and Auto Level.
  • Proficient in engineering software and tools, specifically AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.

• Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel or work upcountry as required.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve site issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
