Civil Engineer

Arabic Nationality.

Responsibilities:

• Review RFP/RFQ/ITT, scope, deliverables, project requirements and tender conditions.

• Prepare complete Design & Supervision technical and commercial proposals.

• Identify, coordinate and manage specialist subconsultants, including technical and commercial evaluation of their proposals for incorporation into the overall consultancy proposal.

• Handle tender queries, Client clarifications, negotiations, revised offers/BAFO and final handover upon award.

• • Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs and tender documents.

• Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation.

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations.

• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain quotations, technical data and product information.

• Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) and assist in responding to consultant technical queries.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers and internal project teams.

• Maintain tender documentation, project records, revision logs and technical correspondence.

• Assist throughout the tendering, project execution and project close-out stages.

• Support continuous improvement by maintaining organized project documentation and contributing to lessons learned and knowledge management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred).

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, project specifications and BOQs.

• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PDF editing software.

• Strong communication, coordination, documentation and organizational skills.
