About the Role

Hiran Minar Family Society is looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction, maintenance, repair, and civil works while ensuring projects are completed according to quality, safety, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil construction and maintenance projects.
• Monitor construction work and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work progress.
• Ensure proper quality control of construction materials and workmanship.
• Manage project timelines and report progress to management.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Sc.) from a recognized institution.
• Relevant experience in civil construction, site supervision, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans.
• Knowledge of BOQs, quantity estimation, and project costing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and management abilities.
• PEC registration will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in commercial, residential, recreational, or large-scale projects will be preferred.
