What they need
We are looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer to join our growing real estate and property development team.
✅ QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in real estate development, construction, or project management
- Knowledgeable in site supervision, construction plans, estimates, and project monitoring
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to conduct site visits and travel when required
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
