What they need
Civil Site Engineer, DM Approved for G+12 � Full responsibility for day-to-day site execution, supervision, quality, safety and progress � Execution strictly as per approved drawings, DM permit conditions and authority requirements (DM, DCD, DEWA) � Working knowledge of the Dubai Building Code and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code � Hands-on with site setting out, concrete and structural works, finishes, material approvals and quality control � Experience handling DM site inspections and completion/handover procedures (BCC) � Able to coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and authorities on site � Active SOE membership
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a DM Approved Civil Site Engineer who can take full responsibility for site operations and ensure that all activities are executed strictly in accordance with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE authority standards.
