Civil Engineer

Infrastructure Development & Maintenance:

• Plan and supervise new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.

• Ensure structural safety and quality of buildings, roads, and utilities.

• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on structural integrity.

Project Management:

• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and government authorities.

Facility Management:

• Oversee water supply, drainage, and sewage systems on campus.

• Ensure proper maintenance of hostels, classrooms, laboratories, and auditoriums.

• Implement energy-efficient and sustainable construction practices.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental norms.

• Conduct periodic audits and maintenance checks.

• Implement risk management strategies for structural safety.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain records of all construction and maintenance activities.

• Prepare technical reports and present updates to management.

• Suggest improvements for campus infrastructure development.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
