Civil Engineer - Supervisory Role

We are a Real Estate and Maintenance company in Dubai seeking a hands-on Civil & MEP Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering but possesses deep, practical knowledge of MEP systems. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team of technicians, overseeing both civil finishes and MEP/HVAC maintenance works on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily civil maintenance (masonry, carpentry, painting, waterproofing, tiling) and MEP tasks (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Team Leadership: Allocate daily tasks and manage a multi-disciplinary team of technicians; conduct safety toolbox talks.
• Coordination & Reporting: Conduct site inspections, coordinate with contractors, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Technical Planning: Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using AutoCAD; prepare BOQs, estimations, and material take-offs.
• HSE Compliance: Enforce UAE health, safety, and quality standards on-site.

Requirements (Mandatory):

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with UAE Equivalency.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in construction or facility management/building maintenance.
• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Logistics: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Availability: Willingness to relocate/reside in company-provided shared accommodation.

Compensation & Benefits : AED7500 to AED11000 (Negotiable for the right candidate) +company vehicle + shared accommodation + medical insurance + Yearly Air Ticket.

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
