Civil Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Civil Engineer to oversee civil works, maintenance, and upgrades at our facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of local Abu Dhabi experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating with local government authorities such as TAQA. A background in civil engineering and basic design skills are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, supervise, and coordinate the work of multiple civil and maintenance subcontractors on-site.
• Liaise directly with government authorities (TAQA, Abu Dhabi Municipality, etc.) to secure permits, approvals, and ensure compliance.
• Utilize basic design skills to review engineering drawings, propose minor structural modifications, and plan layouts.
• Oversee facility inspections, identify structural or civil maintenance needs, and manage execution.
• Ensure all works adhere to Abu Dhabi health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of Civil Engineering experience strictly within Abu Dhabi.
• Authority Approvals: Demonstrated experience dealing directly with TAQA and other local authorities.
• Skills: Strong subcontractor management, basic design proficiency (AutoCAD or similar software), and excellent communication skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
