Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

A Civil Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, and oversight of site development projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency from concept to completion. This role requires strong technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, excellent leadership, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare detailed site development plans including grading plans, utility plans, and profile drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Review project plans to determine project time frame, funding estimates, procedures, and allocation of available resources.
• Actively participate in interdepartmental planning, coordination, and project management meetings.
• Travel to various project sites to collect soil samples, assess surrounding areas, and evaluate site conditions.
• Ensure all infrastructure designs prioritize safety and utilize appropriate materials and support mechanisms.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Proven prior experience in land and site development is required.
• Highly knowledgeable and proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experienced in preparing grading plans, utility plans, and profile drawings.
• Experienced in site inspection, quality control, and project coordination.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also demonstrating good leadership and teamwork.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Willing to travel to different project sites as needed.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, materials, and structural support mechanisms.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
