CIVIL ENGINEEER ( HOUSING CONSTRUCTION)

1. Familiar with Malaysia's building and station technical standards and specifications.
2. Have 3 years or more of experience in engineering construction or technical proposal preparation in the building sector.
3. Proficient in using professional software for the organization and implementation of building projects.
4. Capable of performing basic structural design calculations for building projects.
5. Able to use Malay, English, and Chinese as working languages.

2.有3年及以上房建领域工程施工或技术方案编制经验
3.能熟悉使用房建项目组织实施各项专业软件
4.能实施房建结构基本设计计算等。
5.能以马来语，英语和华语作为工作语言。
