Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with solid experience in building construction. The role involves planning, supervising, and executing civil works to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day civil works related to building construction.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs, and ensure accurate implementation on site.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Identify technical issues and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure all civil works follow UAE regulations and company standards.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, material requests, and project schedules.
• Support Facility Manager and other engineering teams as needed in project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in building construction.
• Proven hands-on experience in the construction of villas, G+1, and G+4 buildings and up.
• Strong knowledge of building construction methods, structural works, finishing works, and construction materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction quality control and site supervision.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• UAE construction experience is highly preferred.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Preferred experience:

Candidates with practical experience in residential building construction, including villas, G+1, and G+4 buildings, will be strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
