Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to plan, supervise, and execute construction projects in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction and site activities.
• Review and interpret structural, architectural, and civil engineering drawings.
• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.
• Prepare daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and site documentation.
• Verify quantities, prepare BOQs, and assist with estimation and billing.
• Monitor material consumption, labour productivity, and resource utilization.
• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Maintain records of inspections, work completion, and site measurements.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant construction or infrastructure experience, as applicable.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
